The Bowen Technique
Bowen Technique is a gentle, non-invasive, skeletal realignment technique suitable for people of all ages.
A treatment session involves the therapist making gentle rolling moves across key soft tissue points (often done through light clothing), incorporating strategic breaks which allow the body to begin to rebalance itself.
Bowen has been known to help with the following:
. Pain management
. Sports injuries
. Acute and chronic back pain
. General aches and pains
. Frozen shoulder and tennis elbow
. Jaw discomfort (TMD/TMS)
. Asthma and hay fever
. Headaches and sinus problems
. Stress and tension
. Digestive disorders
. Chronic fatigue
. Heel and foot pain
In short, imbalances of the muscular skeletal and associated body systems.
As well as helping with some of the above conditions, positive feedback has been also been received regarding quality of sleep, mood elevation, ability to focus and concentrate, an enhanced positive outlook, and general relaxation.
